Resolved - Dear Users,

We experienced a disruption on www.commcarehq.org affecting the data forwarding feature. During this time, some data forwarding records were not sent and showed an "Invalid Payload" status. While the issue has been resolved, records impacted during this period will be added to a queue, which should now process successfully.
