Monitoring - Dear Users,

A fix for this issue has been implemented and we are seeing an increased rate of backlogged tasks being processed. We expect a full resolution of this issue within a few hours. Identified - Dear Users,

We have identified an issue beginning at 18:37 UTC in which tasks to be processed are backed up in queue. Affected tasks include updating calculated properties, making a new build on the app builder, creating ccz, creating user cases, sending reports, resending pending invitations, running case update rules on save, and rebuilding cases. Our developers are aware of the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will have an update shortly.

Resolved - On October 11, between the hours of 11:00 and 21:30 UTC, we experienced a disruption on www.commcarehq.org with the data forwarding feature. During this time, some data forwarding records were not sent and instead showed an "Invalid Payload" status. We’ve resolved the issue, but it is still the case that records impacted during this disruption will need to be manually retried and should be successful now.

We recommend users check their data forwarders for records with an "Invalid Payload" status and manually retry the failed records. Please reach out to support@dimagi.com should you have any questions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
