Degraded performance affecting data forwarding on www.commcarehq.org

On October 11, between the hours of 11:00 and 21:30 UTC, we experienced a disruption on www.commcarehq.org with the data forwarding feature. During this time, some data forwarding records were not sent and instead showed an "Invalid Payload" status. We’ve resolved the issue, but it is still the case that records impacted during this disruption will need to be manually retried and should be successful now.

We recommend users check their data forwarders for records with an "Invalid Payload" status and manually retry the failed records. Please reach out to support@dimagi.com should you have any questions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
