Dear users, between 04:03 UTC and 04:16 UTC, we experienced an issue on CommCare HQ where users faced errors when attempting to access reporting tools such as project reports, report builder and APIs. Users also faced errors when using form builder and application release management. All affected components were fully functional by 04:16 UTC. We apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused due to this issue.
