Dear users, between 01:00 UTC and 02:30 UTC, we experienced an issue on Web Apps where some users may have received an error message when trying to access forms. Our developers resolved the issue and Web Apps was fully functional by 02:34 UTC. We apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused due to this issue.
